Support
For Cartenza alpha support, email mwittlief@gmail.com. Include your TestFlight build number, iPhone model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
Before You Test
- Install the TestFlight app.
- Accept the Cartenza TestFlight invitation from the email address where you received it.
- Use an iPhone with Apple Music access for full playback testing.
- Set aside about 30 to 45 minutes for a first pass.
Useful Feedback
- Crashes, freezes, missing screens, or broken navigation.
- Apple Music authorization, search, resolution, or playback failures.
- Survey tiles or mission tracks that feel wrong, confusing, or mismatched.
- Mission copy that overstates what Cartenza knows.
- Privacy, consent, evidence sharing, reset, or support flows that feel unclear.
Apple Music Issues
If playback fails, first confirm Apple Music works outside Cartenza on the same device. Then note whether Cartenza asked for Apple Music access, whether access was granted, and whether the issue affected one track or the whole mission.
TestFlight Feedback
You can send feedback from the TestFlight app or by taking a screenshot while testing Cartenza. Screenshots, notes, and crash reports from TestFlight help us understand what happened.
