Private TestFlight alpha

Cartenza Support

Cartenza is currently a private TestFlight alpha. For support, email mwittlief@gmail.com.

When contacting support, please include your TestFlight build number, iPhone model, iOS version, whether Apple Music works outside Cartenza on the same device, a short description of what you were trying to do, and any screenshot, TestFlight feedback, exported evidence, or support diagnostic package you choose to share.

Before You Test

What To Test

  1. Open Cartenza.
  2. Accept the alpha privacy and terms acknowledgement.
  3. Sign in with Apple if the build asks for account access.
  4. Connect Apple Music.
  5. Complete the Survey.
  6. Wait for Cartenza to prepare listening missions.
  7. Open a mission and play several tracks.
  8. Record reactions, tags, and optional notes.
  9. Review mission evidence or share support material only if asked.

Useful Feedback

Apple Music Issues

If playback fails, first confirm Apple Music works outside Cartenza on the same device. Then tell support whether Cartenza requested Apple Music access, whether access was granted, whether the issue affected one track or the whole mission, whether the track resolved to the wrong version, the storefront if visible, and any error text shown in the app.

Account Or Sign In Issues

Some alpha builds use Sign in with Apple for account continuity and authenticated support uploads. If sign-in fails, you can still report what Sign in with Apple showed, whether Cartenza said the account was connected, whether Apple Music was connected separately, and whether the app allowed you to continue locally.

Do not send Apple passwords, one-time codes, private keys, or authentication tokens to support.

Support Backups And Diagnostics

Cartenza may let you prepare a support backup or diagnostic package. These packages can include Survey responses, Apple Music signal evidence, mission reactions, notes, playback records, app state, and diagnostic events.

Only share or upload support diagnostics when you choose to do so or when support asks for them. Diagnostics are used for alpha support and product debugging, not as public content.

TestFlight Feedback

You can send feedback from the TestFlight app or by taking a screenshot while testing Cartenza. Screenshots, notes, and crash reports from TestFlight help us understand what happened.
